Prior to seeking out Shoreline Vein Clinic, I had tired blueish legs with bulging veins and as my daughters would say a nice array of “fireworks” along my legs.
Having had varicose types of veins, I have gone through the Closure Procedure, Stab Phlebectomy, Sclerotherapy and most recently endolaser with very little pain and no disturbance of daily living.
Thanks to Shoreline Vein Clinic after years of hiding my legs, I am now wearing shorts and skirts and actually enjoying life in the summer!

I am writing to thank you for a very positive experience during my recent vein surgery. Your office in Old Saybrook was very helpful and extremely flexible with all my appointment scheduling and insurance paperwork. Your office in Norwich was very efficient on the day of my pre-operative appointment.
My experience the day of the surgery at Backus Hospital was outstanding. The outpatient clinic was efficient and organized. The nursing staff was so polite and anxious to attend to my every need. Every procedure was described carefully so I would know what to expect and how long I would wait. Everyone was friendly and genuinely caring.
I was especially thankful for the nurse who told me she had the same procedure done and how happy she was that she had done so.
Overall I would encourage anyone with unsightly leg veins not to hesitate to have this procedure done. If I had known it would be this easy, I would have done it much sooner!
